Gummi Candies

1/4 cup sugar
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup fruit juice
Put everything into a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until all the solids are dissolved. Pour into lightly oiled candy mold. Refrigerate until firm.
I used 1/2 c. of lemonade plus 4 tbs. of pomegranate juice for a little pink color (since my molds are hearts). I also added another tbs. of sugar to balance the tartness.
Both boys approve!
