Wondering on a Wednesday

Posted on | March 18, 2009 | 2 Comments

~ What God has in store for me today.

~ Will the candle display for the retreat look good? And would it be possible to get a few people together to work on them? I could do them on my own but S is right, others’ involvement would be a blessing to them, too. Besides the displays, all I need to do is get the fabric for table cloths then hem them.

~ Why is it when boys play rough, there are moments when pain is brushed off with a giggle but other times they cry?

~ What will help Sprocket to be less fearful of loud sounds? She seems to want to drown them out with her own loud barking. Neighbors have complained about barking (not just her’s, though).

~ Will we get more rain? I sure hope so. While we do still have wildflowers to enjoy, the storms we drove through during our move to Austin were so nice. Hopefully, the Lord will alleviate the drought of the past two years.

~ Will we ever get used to Daylight savings?!

~ What will Friday be like? We get to meet M and K for the first time after knowing each other for years online (I think since NM was 2 or 3! M remembers the photos of him on the drum kit, even!)

~ What will we do for Easter? And why do I keep calling it that? I guess because Resurrection Day is so much longer. What are you planning?

We’re here in Austin! Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.

I remember when he wanted to be a drummer and a worship leader (I think), then after a while he couldn’t stand the loudness of the drums. How about now?

Yay! We’ll get to see you later :) In the mean time, I’m gonna check for lunch places. Hopefully we can go there, eat lunch then go back if we want to.
