The big issue for me was eye fatigue which I think is because of all the close-up work (knitting and computing). Ooops. I had Vista before Win7. I love W7 in comparison. Things are easier to run as in it pays attention when I say I want it to run as admin. I had issues with where files were placed in Dreamweaver but hopefully after installing the RC version that's resolved (I've not tested yet). Video is improved and so is speed. It comes up really fast after it gets up from sleep mode. Also, my MS mouse would freeze but it seems to be ok now. If it's a speed issue, I think you'd love W7.
