Yellow

I may have to revise my feelings regarding yellow. I wasn’t at all a fan in any way, shape or form. Haha! I said “form” about a color.

It’s after midnight, excuse the weird humor.

But anyway. When we went to Famous Footwear last week, I tried on a pair of yellow flip flops. I liked! I didn’t buy (guilt). I like my baby in yellow. Well, both boys. It suits them. Now, all over Austin in gardens yellow bells are blooming. My neighbor has beautiful bushes she keeps saying need to be cut back. I grabbed a shot before she acted on that thought.

Before I forget, there are the wild sunflowers that grab a spot and grow however they can.

We’ve had rain here in Austin for the last few nights. What a blessing that’s been! I’m looking forward to what grows out of the ground as a result. It’s neat to see so many object lessons for the parable of the sower. Amen?
