Soccer Season!

NM’s on yet another new team this year. Lord willing, if we do this for a few more seasons, he’ll have the same team and coach.

Needless to say, he’s more than happy about getting to practice and play again. He was even more estatic when his team won their first game last Sunday. They won, easy peasy, and their coach had them pass at least 10 times before they tried for a goal. He often encouragedthe boys while they were on the field and that was so good for NM.

I think God is teaching NM a lot about patience and letting go this time around. We have had to wait to be placed on a team because of a technical glitch. We prayed over that and he was put on a great team. Now we’re having to learn to let go of stress because the rain has caused cancelled games and practices. It’s neat to see how God is molding and working on his character.

There are a few more photos from the game here but there are some of other team members so I have to pick and choose who gets to see them. Thanks.
