I've had my share of these kind of weeks (with hubby gone, too!). Praying your puppy does not need surgery. Ours ended up with a hip replacement and it was costly in more ways than one. As you said, God's strength is sufficient for our every need. And because of this, we can offer up the sacrifice of praise Oh, my heart goes out to you.
