My sister agrees, this site is right up my alley: Spoonflower custom fabric designs.

It’s been weeks and weeks since I signed up and still no invite so I’m sad. In the mean time, I’m playing with a tree pattern and once I have that one will make others to go with it.

Check out the Flickr Group Pool for some of the amazing patterns and things people have made with their fabric designs. Somewhere—I wish I could remember and credit the person—I read the suggestion that Burda Style and Spoonflower should get together and offer fabrics with the pattern pieces already on them so you would simply just cut and sew. While the back end development could be difficult, it’s not impossible and I thought it was a great idea.
